Documentation Series: "Cost Management Audit Sample Key Supporting Documents Job Aids for U.S. Army"
The purpose of this documentation series is to describe the standard Army generation process of Audit Sample KSD Packets in response to Audit Sample solicitations. This documentation series walks a user through the steps to capture appropriate, accurate, and complete information to generate an Audit Sample KSD Packet for submission in response to Audit Sample solicitations. Each Job Aid within this series focuses on a different type of cost transaction that can be pulled as an audit sample. This documentation series, and each Job Aid within this series, was designed to be used in conjunction with the corresponding transaction’s Audit Sample KSD Checklist. While using a Job Aid from this series the user will be directed to include screenshots and explanations satisfying the requirements of the Audit Sample KSD Checklist for the respective type of transaction. Upon completing a Job Aid from this documentation series, an Audit Sample KSD Packet will be produced that is ready for submission. The Audit Sample KSD Packet can be compared against the standard packet for the respective type of transaction using the Audit Sample KSD Demo Packet.
