Request Access to CAC Restricted Documents


If you receive a Permission Denied or Access Denied error message there are a few things to consider. The files are hosted within the Army365 tenant and as such:
  • cannot be accessed over commercial networks (requires access via NIPR, VPN or AVD)
  • require access to Army365 as a member of the tenant or as a guest

  1. If you already have Army365 access (an "army.mil" account or previously granted Guest account), send an email for support to: usarmy.pentagon.hqda-asa-fm.list.webmaster-mailbox@army.mil

  2. If you do not have Army365 access, you can:
    1. Self-Service PLEASE NOTE: Permissions may take up to 24 hours to become active after the package has been approved.
